I fostered two little girls a few years ago.

Bella and Katie.

They're now in their "forever" home with a nice lady named Karen. (HI, KAREN!)

I stumbled across this shot and fell in love with her Miss Katie's face all over again.

Especially her perfect black eyeliner.
